You may book any treatment with us by calling/texting 07780171017, emailing info@simplybeautifulbyemma.co.uk, or by booking online at your convenience. If there’s a specific day or time you’d like we highly recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment as we can get very busy – especially weekend and evening appointments – these can be booked up 6-8 weeks in advance by our regular clients.
If you’re not sure what treatment suits you best, don’t worry our highly trained and experienced therapists are always on hand to help. Each treatment will begin with a thorough consultation to ensure we understand what you’re after and the best possible way to achieve it. For this reason, we’d like to welcome you into the salon 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any compulsory forms that we may need and begin your relaxation.
A patch test is compulsory for the following treatments Lash/Brow tinting, Semi-permanent Lash Extensions, Express Lash Extensions, HD Brows and Sienna X Spray Tanning. A non-refundable deposit is also required to hold any appointment that requires a patch test. The patch testing will take no longer than 5 minutes and we ask that this is done no less than 48 hours prior to the treatment itself.
Unless you have had one of the above treatments with us within the last 3 months a patch test is required. No disclaimer forms are available to be signed. Regrettably, instead, you will simply be charged for the appointment and turned away.
A patch test is required 48 hours prior to EVERY HD Brow treatment.
From time to time we may require a deposit for treatments or products on order. Such as treatments that require a patch test, Christmas appointments, appointments over 2 hours, large groups, parties and Bridal Makeup.
If you wish to cancel, reschedule or amend your treatment(s) please bear in mind that we hold a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand life can get busy but regrettably less than 24hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your treatment(s). No shows will be charged 100% and a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. Should you arrive late for an appointment we will always do our best to honour your full treatment time. However, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so as not to ‘’cut corners’’ or keep subsequent clients waiting. Again, regrettably, you will be charged 50% of the treatment(s).
We are extremely lucky to be able to offer all our clients FREE parking directly outside the salon. Perfect for those no-makeup or spray tan mad dashes to the car! However please be mindful it is a very busy car park and can get busy during school pickup times so please allow yourself enough time to park and arrive at your appointment on time.

Some treatments require you to prepare for them or require a little care after. Please see each individual treatment page for this information. If in doubt, please contact us. We know what we’re doing so please follow our advice!
Before your first appointment or a new treatment, you haven’t experienced with us before you will be asked to fill in a consultation form. This is compulsory and a legal requirement. You must fill these into the best of your knowledge to ensure treatments are safe for both yourself and your therapist to be carried out. Don’t worry if you have any health problems or medication – we’re here to care for you and ensure your treatment experience is the best and most comfortable it can be. Each treatment is tailored to you – it could just be that we need to select a different product or adapt a routine.
For the comfort and relaxation experience of all our clients, we’d politely like to remind you that we are a child free salon. If the child is having a treatment or has a pamper party booked the salon will be closed to all other clients.
When entering the salon please also be reminded that there will be other clients experiencing treatments, please keep noise to a minimum and your phone must be on silent. No calls are to be taken in the salon. While waiting for your therapist make the most of your relaxation time on our comfy sofa with an up-to-date magazine or take a look through our product catalogues. Refreshments are also always on hand.
Don’t worry if you’re feeling nervous and not sure what to expect, our therapists are always happy to help and here to make your experience fabulous. You can be assured your modesty will be kept at all times – disposable underwear can be provided whenever needed and personal consultations will take place in privacy. If you have any questions, please just ask.
We pride ourselves on a service which is second to none and love to hear your thoughts – good or bad! After your first treatment, you will receive a questionnaire we’d really appreciate it if you could fill this in and send it back. We’d also like to encourage you to fill in our online feedback form for each treatment or fabulous Therapist you experience. You can be assured any feedback will be taken on board and kept confidentially.
Simply Beautiful by Emma is situated within BSS House on the Cheney Manor Industrial Estate.
The easiest way to access us is via Cheney Manor Road/ Esso garage roundabout. You will then need to take the BSS House entrance next door to ABT Tyres, drive towards the fence in front of you and follow the car park round the side of the building. Please park here and enter the building via the furthest fire exit. You’ll find the toilets on your left-hand side as you enter and Little Gems Flowers with the red door – we’re just 4 doors down!
