I have built Simply Beautiful with love, time, and passion, and I truly believe I offer some of the best treatments in the area, backed by customer service that’s second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I am always striving to improve my skills and knowledge, with the goal of making you feel safe, comfortable, and never judged.

YOUR PATCH TEST ONLINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Patch tests are required for HD Brows, HD Brow Lamination, LVL Lash Lifting and Tinting, as well as Lash and Brow Tinting.
A patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before the treatment.
A new patch test is also required if:
You have had a 6-month or longer break from this treatment.
Your health, medications, allergies, or sensitivities have changed.
It is your responsibility to arrange an up-to-date patch test if any of the above changes.
Failure to have a current patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and the standard cancellation fee applied.
ALL bookings are made online via the ‘book now’ button and a 25% booking fee is taken at the time of booking. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
You can book any treatment with me online at your convenience. If there’s a specific day or time you’d like, I highly recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as I can get very busy. My diary opens 6–8 weeks in advance.
If you’re unsure which treatment is best for you, don’t worry, I’m always on hand to help.
Before every appointment with me, you will be sent an online consultation form to complete. This is compulsory and a legal requirement. Please complete the form as accurately as possible to ensure your treatments are safe.
Don’t worry if you have health concerns, stiff joints, or a sore back – I am here to make your experience safe, comfortable, and tailored to you. Each treatment is personalised; sometimes this may simply mean selecting a different product or adapting a routine.
Please note that in certain cases, a doctor’s note may be required before I can perform a treatment.
If you are taking medication, have health issues, allergies, or are pregnant/nursing, please inform me when booking.
I do not treat pregnant clients until after 12 weeks and after a healthy first scan confirms there are no concerns for mother or baby.
Please note that massage, tinting, lash lift, and brow lamination are not suitable during pregnancy or while nursing, and waxing is not suitable for diabetics, anyone on blood thinners, or those using acne medication.
Many treatments require preparation beforehand and/or aftercare to achieve the best results. Please check each individual treatment page for specific guidance. You will also find this information in your consultation form and will receive a care email before and/or after your appointment.
I will always clearly explain aftercare during your treatment as well. If you are ever unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I know what I’m doing, so following my advice will help you get the best results!
I take a 25% NON REFUNDABLE booking fee which is deductible from your final treatment payment on the day.
In the rare event that I am unwell/unable to carry out your treatment(s) your non refundable booking fee will be transferred to your next appointment.
The booking system will also securely capture your card details for full payment in the event that you do not attend your appointment.
I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled, amended, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full (100% of the appointment fee).
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times before your non-refundable booking fee is forfeited.
Appointments can be canceled, amended, or rescheduled by:
- Logging in to your booking account via the ‘Book Now’ button
- Using the booking app Ovatu You
- Or emailing me at info@simplybeautifulbyemma.co.uk
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will always do my best to provide your full treatment time. However, to ensure the quality of your service and avoid delaying other clients, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Please note that 100% of the treatment fee will still apply.
Facilities:
Please note that there are no toilet facilities available at the salon, so kindly plan ahead before your appointment. Public toilets are available at the local village hall if needed.
For Your Information:
- Appointments are by booking only—please do not visit the salon without an appointment.
- Children or onlookers are not permitted during appointments.
- I do not treat males or clients under 18.
- If you are feeling unwell, including with a common cold or sore throat, please cancel your appointment.
- If I am unable to work, your booking fee will be transferred to another date.
- I am unable to work on or remove another lash/nail technician’s work, or on home treatments.
- Refunds are not offered; however, I will always do my best to correct any issues.

I’m thrilled to offer my clients complimentary private driveway parking right outside the salon! Full details will be included in your treatment reminder email, sent 48 hours in advance.
Simply Beautiful by Emma is a home-based garage salon located in Purton. The full address will be provided 48 hours prior to your appointment.
