You may book any treatment with me by booking online at your convenience.
If there’s a specific day or time you’d like I highly recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment as I can get very busy – especially weekend and evening appointments – these can be booked up 6-8 weeks in advance.
If you’re not sure what treatment suits you best, don’t worry, I am always on hand to help. Each treatment will begin with a thorough consultation to ensure I understand what you’re after and the best possible way to achieve it. For this reason, you will receive an online consultation prior to your appointment.
BOOK YOUR PATCH TEST ONLINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
HD Brows/Brow Lamination - No later than 48 hours prior to treatment. A new patch test will be required after a 6 month break or if your health, medication, allergies/sensitivities change. A Wax patch test is also available for the HD Brow treatment if you have allergies, intolerance's, sensitivities or haven't had a waxing treatment before.
Lash Lifting & Tinting, - No later than 48 hours prior to treatment. A new patch test will then be required after a 6 month break or if your health, medication or sensitivity changes.
Waxing - No later than 24 hours prior to the treatment. A waxing patch test is only required if you have allergies, intolerance's, sensitive's or haven't experienced a waxing treatment.
Should you experience any reaction to your patch test or treatment such as redness, soreness, raised/itchy areas or feeling unwell in yourself, you must immediately seek medical advice such as calling 111, visit a Pharmacy/GP or calling 999 in an emergency, and contact me.
I take a 25% NON REFUNDABLE booking fee which is deductible from your final treatment payment on the day.
In the rare event that I am unwell/unable to carry out your treatment(s) your non refundable booking fee will be transferred to another appointment,
The booking system will also securely capture your card details for full payment in the event that you do not attend your appointment.
If you wish to cancel, reschedule or amend your treatment(s) please bear in mind that I hold a 24-hour cancellation policy and your non refundable booking fee.
I understand life can get busy but regrettably less than 24hours notice will result in a 100% charge of your treatment(s). No shows will also be charged 100%.

Should you arrive late for an appointment I will always do my best to honour your full treatment time. However, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so as not to ‘’cut corners’’ or keep subsequent clients waiting. Again, regrettably, you will be charged 100% for the treatment(s).
I am extremely lucky to be able to offer my clients FREE parking directly outside the salon, on the road, along the street.
However please be mindful it is a residential area (please keep noise to a minimum) and be respectful of our neighbours and their driveways.
On arrival please mindfully park along the road and text me on 07780171017 to let me know you have arrived and await my reply.

Some treatments require you to prepare for them or require a little care after. Please see each individual treatment page for this information. If in doubt, please contact me. I know what I'm doing so please follow my advice!
Before your first appointment or a new treatment, you haven’t experienced with me before you will be sent an online consultation form to complete. This is compulsory and a legal requirement. You must fill these into the best of your knowledge to ensure treatments are safe to be carried out. Don’t worry if you have any health problems or a stiff joint or sore back – I'm here to care for you and ensure your treatment experience is the best and most comfortable it can be. Each treatment is tailored to you – it could just be that I need to select a different product or adapt a routine. Please bear in mind that from time to time I may require a doctors note in order to perform a treatment on you.
If you are on medication, have health problems, or allergies or are pregnant/ nursing please let me know upon booking.
I do not treat pregnant women until after 12 weeks and a healthy first scan, where there are no problems with Mum or baby.
Massage, tinting, lash lift and brow lamination are not suitable during pregnancy or while nursing.
Due to health and safety and your comfort and relaxation, I'd politely like to remind you that I am a child free salon.

Please pop your phone on silent, no calls are to be taken in the salon. I'd hate for a chemical/ product to damage your phone so please leave it in your bag/pocket.
Don’t worry if you’re feeling nervous and not sure what to expect, I don't bite and I'm always happy to help and here to make your experience fabulous. You can be assured your modesty will be kept at all times – disposable underwear can be provided whenever needed and personal consultations will take place in privacy. If you have any questions, please just ask!
